Relationship with Programme Philosophy and Aims
The aim of this course is to provide doctors with awareness and basic understanding of the components, functions and the way management in general affects the delivery of health care.
It will use basic tools to assess an organization and in this module the candidate will be expected to analyze his own health care organization.
This course is designed for doctors who need to understand management science without necessarily having the knowledge or skills in the context of modern healthcare delivery systems.
